The ideal candidate will have following skills and background:
- More than 3 years of experience in relevant fields
- Highly motivated and dynamic engineer
- Candidate must have an open mind and an unparalleled ability to learn a new design
- Senior designer of complex subsystems for leading-edge SoC designs
- Superior VHDL & Verilog skills
- Knowledge of digital electronics (RTL, block and gate levels), ASIC/FPGA
- Knowledge of processor and SoC architecture
- Knowledge of ARM System Architecture
- Knowledge of advanced tools and techniques for design of SoC
- Basic knowledge of advanced verification methodologies
- Proficient Unix user
- Fluent English is a must
Following skills will be a plus:
- Familiar with scripting tools and languages (e.g. bash, csh, awk, Perl)
- Familiar with development tools (e.g. make and versioning tools (e.g. CVS)
- Mobility is a plus
- Knowledge of C/C++ language & System C
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be involved in all stages of product development including specification, design, verification, synthesis, timing analysis, design for test
- Proactively collaborate with team members in different locations
- Review RTL architectural and implementation specifications
- Responsible for design, development and debug of digital circuitry
- Need to generate/update documentation of specifications/requirements, design document as required on regular basis
- Direct work with customer to understand project requirements
